We offer free shipping for boots Australia-wide using Star Track. If we receive your order before 1pm Mon-Fri AEST, your order will be shipped that day.

We ship all products via Star Track. If we receive your order before 1PM Mon-Fri AEST, your order will be shipped that day and you should receive it within 2 business days. Please note delivery can take up to five (5) working days.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location. We endeavour to get your product to you as quickly as possible, however we cannot always guarantee shipping times via our delivery method. If you haven't received your item within seven (7) working days, please contact us.

Delivery Process
A signature is required for all parcels. If you are not home when your item arrives, Star Track will leave a calling card detailing your options for re-delivery.

 

Changing Shipping Address
The order will be sent to your designated shipping address. Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the Taylor Safety warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on 1800 330 466 or email [email protected] before 2 PM AEST stating your order number and new shipping address.
