And that's not even all of them! With a capacity of 140kg, the Nano-Lok™ is capable of operating under a wide variety of conditions and the versatile nature of the lightweight and compact designs makes the range suitable for just about anything you could need it for. Additionally, the Nano-Lok™ is made to lock quickly - halting your fall within centimetres - so even at low heights you can minimise your risks.
Maintenance:
You can clean both the exterior and lifeline of the Nano-Lok™ SRL with water and a mild soap solution. For the exterior, you need to position the SRL so that the excess water drains out, and the lifeline needs to be air-dried, rather than heat-dried. However, even with these conditions, cleaning is hardly a complex task.
Unfortunately, SRLs cannot be repaired if subjected to fall force - it must be discarded. If inspection finds an unsafe or defective condition, it must be removed from service and either discarded or repaired according to the User Instructions. If in doubt, throw it out. Or contact us or somebody else Competent or Qualified for guidance.
Warnings:
There are several things to keep in mind while using any SRL. You must:
- Inspect the SRL before any use to ensure proper locking and retraction
- Ensure the lifeline is kept free from any and all obstructions
- Never allow slack in the lifeline
- Never knot or tie the lifeline
- Always follow the instructions
